Yoga Therapy for Women's Wellness 1:1
Online/In Person

Would you like to strengthen your connection to yourself and move deeper into your yoga practice? Or perhaps you'd like to reduce tension or stress generally...

 

In the yogic approach to women’s health, we acknowledge that we/the womb moves through cycles and phases of life, and that practices ideally change and honour these cycles.

​

Some practices were initially created for men's bodies and can be counterproductive for some stages  we may pass through.

​

In these Women’s Yoga 1:1 sessions, where you are in your cycle or stage of life will be at the centre, alongside creating a bespoke practice for you based on how you are that day.

 

There will be times when more restorative practices are helpful, and other times where boosting up your energy with invigorating practices are more ideal. Either way - we tailor it to you on the day you arrive for sessions. 

 

These sessions can be particularly if:

 - You'd like to release tension or stress

 - You're looking for ways to improve your health generally

 - You're wanting a closer relationship to your menstrual cycle

 - You're experiencing fertility challenges or preparation for IVF

 - You're pregnant

 - You're navigating the postnatal period

 - You're moving through perimenopause, menopause or are post menopause.

 - Menstrual challenges – such as endometriosis

 

Whatever draws you here, Anna is a Senior Yoga Teacher with 10+ years experience of many styles of yoga (yin/vinaysa/meditation etc - full experience here), who is qualified in yoga therapy for women. Practices taught include asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, deep relaxation including yoga nidra, meditations, breathwork and some simple self massage techniques.
